Unknown

A poem by Martyn Foster.

Unknown

Going out on my own

Highway to the danger zone

Dodging all the cones

Sticks and stones

Am I best left alone?

Too close to the bone

Unknown

These waters are uncharted (oh crap)

These lands are undiscovered

These deserts have not been crossed

These oceans have not been dived

Minds that were once closed

Are showing the possibility of being opened

Unknown

Is it wrong or is it right?

I’m not the way and the truth and the life

Unspecified destination

No wind favourable

The journey’s placation

Keep emotions stable

Unknown

No rhyme or reason

No truth, but treason

Forging a path ahead

Be careful not to be misled

The process of being grown

Narrowing the gap between the known and unknown

Unknown.
